What do I do if I change my mind?
If you decide before your delivery/collection that your sofa isn’t right for you, we can cancel your order and organise a full refund. If your sofa is in your home and you aren’t happy with it, we do offer a 7 days change of mind policy. Please see our returns page for more information
What are the payment options?
We accept payment through various methods, including credit card, debit card, Zip Pay, cash and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment over the phone if you’re paying your initial payment / deposit. Balances can be paid over the phone provided it’s with the same credit card used for the initial payment.
What are the delivery options?
Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide & Brisbane Metro areas have two delivery options available:
- Standard delivery is a drop-off delivery. The delivery team will bring your order to the room of your choice.
- Premium delivery is a white-glove delivery. The team will unpack your items, remove the rubbish and provide any assembly that’s required.
Some areas outside of the metro do offer the premium option. Please contact our team at bookings@secretsofa.com.au to see if your area is available.
If you are in a different state, we organize deliveries through a professional furniture delivery service and our team will contact you to advise of the status of your deliver
