What are the benefits of the Hastings fabric?
What do I do if I change my mind?
If you decide before your delivery / collection that your sofa isn’t right for you, we can cancel your order and organise a full refund. If your sofa is in your home and you aren’t happy with it, we do offer a 7 day change of mind policy. Please see our returns page for more information
What are the payment options?
We accept payment through various methods, including credit card, debit card, Zip Pay, cash and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment over the phone if you’re paying your initial payment / deposit. Balances can be paid over the phone provided it’s with the same credit card used for the initial payment.
What are the delivery options?
Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide & Brisbane Metro areas have two delivery options available:
- Standard delivery is a drop off delivery. The delivery team will bring your order in the room of your choice.
- Premium delivery is a white glove delivery. The team will unpack your items, remove the rubbish and provide any assembly that’s required.
There are some areas outside of metro that do offer the premium option, please contact our team at bookings@secretsofa.com.au to see if your area is available.
If you are in a different state, we organize deliveries through a professional furniture delivery service and our team will contact you to advise of the status of your deliver
How do I keep my new product clean and in good condition?
To care for your sofa, we suggest the following:
- Keep your sofa out of direct sunlight and away from heaters
- Vacuum regularly with the brush head of your vacuum cleaner
- Dust your sofa with a dry cloth
- Spot clean any small spills with a water-dampened microfibre cloth.
- Use a 240v fabric shaver to de-pill your sofa if required (for fabric sofas only)
- The back cushions of your sofa should be regularly rotated and ‘fluffed’ to ensure foam stays firm and in shape
For extra protection, we also recommend the Guardsman fabric and leather care kits.
You can purchase just a fabric or leather care kit on its own which includes cleaning solution, however you can also purchase kits that include a five year warranty against all accidental damage.
