How do I know which kit to purchase for my sofa?
The kits are separated by the amount of seats your sofa has. If you're purchasing a chaise sofa, this is considered as four seats so you can purchase the 2-4 Warranty Care Kit. However, if you're purchasing an ottoman as well as a chaise, we recommend you purchase the 5-8 Warranty Care Kit.
What is a Guardsman Warranty?
The Guardsman Warranty helps to protect your new furniture from accidental stains and damage caused by you or someone in your home. It provides service for stain removal, repair, and even replacement* of irreparably damaged items. *T&C's apply.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty provides you with protection against all accidental stains and damage, including but not limited to:
- Food and beverage stains
- Human and pet bodily fluids
- Lipstick, nail polish, cosmetics
- Ink, glue and wax
- Rips, cuts, tears and burns
Can I use the Guardsman warranty on my existing furniture?
The Guardsman Warranty must be purchased at the same time as your furniture. It will need to be on the invoice and applied to the product before any use.
Does my warranty cover stains caused over time, or general wear and tear?
Built up stains or normal wear and tear are not covered by Guardsman Warranty. Wear and tear occurs with ordinary, every day use of your furniture. The Guardsman Warranty is designed to cover stains and damages caused by a specific incident.
