Can I order swatches before I purchase?
Yes, we’d be delighted to send you our leather and fabric swatches. Request a free sample through our online form and we'll get it out to you as quickly as we can.
We may not always have every sample in stock but we’ll do our best to help make your decision a little easier..
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples of wood, metal or rugs.
What kind of warranty is provided on your products?
We will replace or repair any products with defects in material or workmanship. Our Warranties apply from the date of shipping - either 3 years or 10 years depending on your purchase. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear.
How do I protect and care for my sofa?
To care for your sofa, we suggest the following:
- Keep your sofa out of direct sunlight and away from heaters
- Vacuum regularly with the brush head of your vacuum cleaner
- Dust your sofa with a dry cloth
- Spot clean any small spills with a water-dampened microfibre cloth.
- Use a 240v fabric shaver to de-pill your sofa if required (for fabric sofas only)
- The back cushions of your sofa should be regularly rotated and ‘fluffed’ to ensure foam stays firm and in shape
For extra protection, we also recommend the Guardsman fabric and leather care kits.
You can purchase just a fabric or leather care kit on its own which includes cleaning solution, however you can also purchase kits that include a five year warranty against all accidental damage.
