We want you to have the best possible delivery experience, so we only use premium delivery services where possible. Our delivery partners offer a high standard of service and will contact you prior to delivery.
Standard deliveries are ground floor, drop offs only. White Glove Delivery - which includes assembly & packaging removal is available in Melbourne and Sydney.
Melbourne customers are able to choose a delivery date.
Deliveries to Brisbane and Sydney take 5-10 business days on average.
Please note, for some deliveries of products under 20kg (e.g. ottomans or chairs) we may use a general carrier service to deliver your product.
We offer 30 day, risk free returns on all orders except for custom orders. If you change your mind on something, we’ll return it for you and give you a refund minus appropriate freight costs. Terms and conditions apply.
All our leathers are 100% genuine, naturally tanned and semi-aniline. Natural leathers age with grace and develop a soft patina over time. They may occasionally pick up marks, but these melt right back into the leather and just add to the unique vintage look.
Natural leather is low maintenance - to keep clean, just vacuum weekly or biweekly basis with the brush head. To deal with most spills, spot clean with a water-dampened microfibre cloth.
If you’d like to go the extra mile and use a leather kit, we’d recommend spot testing on a less-visible piece of leather prior to using any product on the whole sofa, as using conditioners can darken the leather slightly.
