April 16 2020 - Delays with interstate freight:
Our interstate freight carriers are currently experiencing unprecedented demand and are taking longer than usual to process and complete deliveries.
We are doing our best to dispatch products in good time, but your order may take longer than expected to reach you. We normally quote 5-7 business days arrival time, however we have been informed that a minimum delivery time of 7 business days is likely in many situations.
We are continuing to provide tracking information for interstate orders, but in some instances our carriers may not be providing accurate information. In these cases, we will do our best to follow any issue up, however we can only work off what information our carriers provide us with and they may not always be able to provide accurate on-the-day updates.
We have been informed that our carriers on a regular basis, send a text message in the morning to notify the package is out for delivery and will then call you with an ETA.
In some situations, you may receive an email the night before letting you know that your package will be out for delivery, then another email on the day with an ETA.
Please get in contact if you have any major issues and we will do whatever we can to address those, but please remember we are limited by the information our carriers provide us with. Our carriers are experiencing many issues and delays across all avenues of their services and we may not be able to get better information. In these situations, it is best to be patient and then check in with us if you haven't had any updates after 7 business days.

We are able to take extra precautions with all our delivery services and provide contactless delivery.
Contactless delivery means drivers will:
Announce arrival or knock on a door. They will then stand back and observe social distancing measures - staying 1m-1.5m away from you at all times. The driver will greet you normally, but you may not be asked to sign for proof of delivery. Instead, drivers may enter your name into the proof of delivery document.
