COVID-19 Trading updates


I have an order with you, are you still able to deliver?

YES - all freight is still allowed under Stage 4 restrictions. Our carriers are taking extra steps to ensure that delivery is contactless.

We are dispatching orders to QLD, SA, NSW Regions and SA on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We do require your confirmation prior to dispatch.

I want to pick up my sofa, can I still do this?

We are still facilitating contactless pick up from our warehouse, if you are within 5km of the warehouse. There are 3 days/times pick up is available.

These are:

  • Tuesday 10am-12pm
  • Thursday 10am-12pm
  • Friday 10am-12pm

We will arrange a booking slot for you once you have placed your order.

Can I travel more than 5km from my home to collect a purchase?

You can travel up to 5km from your home to collect necessary goods and services. You should postpone making any purchases that will require you to travel beyond 5km to collect or alternatively organise for the delivery of your purchase. Pick up can only be contactless click and collect.

For some people the nearest essential goods and services will be more than 5km away. In this situation you may travel beyond 5km to the nearest provider.

We strongly advise against travelling more than 5kms away from your home to pick up a click and collect order with us.

If you ordered prior to the Stage 4 restrictions being in place and live more than 5kms away from our showroom, we are happy to arrange delivery for you instead of pick up.

When is my pre-order coming? Is there a delay?

We are currently experiencing slight delays with some of our shipments.

We will be in touch if there are any issues relating to your order. 

Our office staff are working from home and our warehouse staff are still dispatching orders. Once your pre-ordered product arrives, we always aim to get it out to you as quickly as possible.

Is your showroom open?

NO - our showroom is closed due to the Stage 4 restrictions, but you can shop online - or even place an order over the phone, if you'd like to speak to someone first.

Can I have a sample?

What's the comfort like?

We pride ourselves on stocking HIGH QUALITY and HIGH COMFORT sofas! Using fixed seating on all our models, we have different comfort styles with long term durability. 

Our 5 year warranty sofas are steel sprung and medium firm - a bit bouncy and you won't sink into them, but luxuriously comfortable - even in the long term!

Our 12 year warranty sofas have fixed foam seating - they're still on the firmer side, but you sink in just a touch more and they provide excellent comfort and support!
